One of the goals I'd like to achieve is to ensure that the Cliffs development, once completed, conforms to existing SOA governing rules and regulations.
And I'd like to help as much as possible in making our community "resort" like. As our SOA President recently said in his newsletter, ... "we can strive for that level of service and attention to detail." Given our newly formed management team, I want to help make our SOA the best it can be.
My wife and I have lived in Reno since November, 2019. We moved from southern CA, although we both grew up on the east coast. I have a business undergraduate degree and a juris doctorate degree. I started my law enforcement career as a peace officer and detective, but I retired as a U.S. Treasury Special Agent Supervisor after 27 years. I am currently contracted with the U.S. Department of Justice as a Sr. Financial Investigator.
I also have banking experience as a Fraud Investigations Manager for a major bank. And on the side, I teach money laundering and financial investigative techniques to local and federal law enforcement personnel.
I am a U.S. Navy veteran.
I will do my best to meet the needs of our community homeowners.
