What is the track record of the current Board?

The current Board spent hundreds of thousands on the rockery wall lawsuit...

... and lost. And then spent MORE to appeal the ruling!  We say NO to more lawsuits.

The current Board is suing the Golf Club...

This pits neighbor against neighbor! Grown men and women should be able to resolve this without expensive lawyers!

The current Board issues lots of violations and fines...

and then publishes the offenses in the Somersett magazine! We need homeowner cooperation, but not this way!

The current Board continues to allow water waste...

all along Somersett Parkway and other streets, at all hours of day and night. AND just spent $150,000 for new fancy controllers! How about we just turn the sprinklers down a bit and water the plants, not the roads!

The current Board closed the pool before the end of a hot summer...

... leaving kids with less to do on very hot days. They say they couldn't find lifeguards.

There are a lot of additional issues facing us in the near term, including:

  • Over 60 new homes are under construction above The Village. Are we on top of this?
  • Continuing to live with COVID. Can we do better with the "Reservations" system at the pool and Town Center? Can we help find things for kids to do during the "lockdown?"
  • Crime seems to be increasing in Somersett. Is there a need for increased Safety and Security?
  • Have we identified savings in the Budget, so that we can avoid dues increases, or spend wisely on new community amenities?

We think it's time for our NEW APPROACH!
