THE CURRENT BOARD HAS ACCOMPLISHED A LOT IN ONLY ONE YEAR!
- Installed new internal/self-management which reports DIRECTLY to the Board and which will deliver superior service to residents.
- Slashed hundreds of thousands of dollars from the budget, WITHOUT sacrificing service or amenities to Residents.
- Ended lengthy, expensive, fruitless lawsuits costing hundreds of thousands.
- Paid down $1,000,000 in SOA debt.
- Repaired relationships with Somersett Golf & Country Club.
- Repaired relationships with Sierra Canyon.
- Changed the tone of the AGC Landscaping Committee to a more friendly, resident-responsive body, without sacrificing community standards.
- Improved communications to all residents via Mark's Message, weekly e-Happenings newsletter, open Board meetings in person and via Zoom.
- Totally revamped the SOA website and filled it with meaningful resident information.
- Established a new Events Committee and wonderful events for all residents.
- Working diligently on landscaping, water management and water waste. (This is a huge, almost daily challenge, but progress IS being made.)
